Villa Nitras is walking distance to Finns Beach Club on Berawa Beach, the best location to watch the sunset. The villa rental is surrounded by rice paddies and gardens with spectacular views. The Finns Recreation Club (Water Splash Park, Strike Bowling, Bounce Trampolin, Fitness Centre, Swimming Pool, Temple Spa), Bali Equestrian Centre (Pony and Horsebacking riding lessons and cafe), Desa Seni yoga retreats, chic cafes and restaurants, French bakeries, supermarkets and shops are just easy reach by walking . Seminyak/Legian, are just 10 minutes by bike/car. Bali National Golf Club in Nusa Dua is about 30 minutes by car.

The Property is built on a land area of more than 900 sqm. and surrounded by rice paddies, a banana plantation, and farmlands with lots of space, in a very peaceful and secluded tourism designated neighbourhood. A great hideaway for family and friends to relax. Up to four suites are available to book in the villa and include ensuites with a rain shower, soaker tub, and wardrobe. Each bedroom with ensuite bathroom is a minimum of 40 sqm, and has its own private entrance. It features an outdoor L-shaped Saltwater infinity pool with built in whirlpool and two outdoor garden showers.
